What is Toybox ?
Toybox is a Play and Win Gaming service where subscribed users can play multiple games and submit their scores to the leader board. Each competition will have a reward and winner will be the top scorer at the closure of the competition.
What is a Competition?
A competition is where players need to play its game and submit scores to enter the leaderboard and win the reward. Toybox will have multiple competitions and each competition has a game assigned to it.
How can I participate in a competition ?
Once you have subscribed to Toybox, you can participate in any competition by playing the game assigned to it and submitting you score to the leader board.
How can I play a game?
Once you are inside a competition click the “Play” button to start playing the game. The game will open in a new window.
What is a Leader board ?
Leader board will display the current ranking for a game. If you are logged in and have played and submitted your score, your rank will be highlighted in the leader board.
How can I check my current rank for a Competition ?
You need to first login to Toybox. Then select any competition and in the leader board your current rank will be highlighted. If you have not yet played the game and submitted your score then you will not see any rank for yourself for that game.
How much does it cost to join Toybox ?
In order to play games in Toybox you need to subscribe to the Toybox daily package at € 3 per Week chargeable to your mobile phone. Once you are subscribed you can participate in any competition in Toybox.
How can I subscribe to Toybox ?
You can subscribe to Toybox by creating an account using your mobile number and then entering the OTP you receive via SMS.
Can there be more than one winner ?
No. When a competition ends, if two or more users have the same High score then the user who scored it earliest will be the winner.
Is there a "Tie" breaker ?
Yes. When a competition ends, if two or more users have the same High score then the user who scored it earliest will be the winner.
I won a Game. When and how will I get my reward ?
Once the competition ends, within 3 working days we will send your reward to your registered mobile number.
Can I receive my reward to a different number other than to my subscribed number?
No. You will receive your reward only to your registered number in our system, within 3 working days.
How can I unsubscribe from the service ?
Login to Toybox. Then click “My Account” > “Dashboard” and click the “Unsubscribed” button.
Alternatively you can SMS “STOP” to xxxxx to unsubscribe from the service.
I have unsubscribed. What will happen to the high scores I have already placed ?
All the scores you have submitted will be invalid once you are unsubscribed. Also when you subscribe again, previous scores you submitted will “not” be counted. You will have to play and submit new scores.
